Dave is an excellent trainer and believes in the process. He cares about his clients and the people they influence and sell to. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who is in any type of selling industry. Especially if you are using the phone.
Dave uses DISC profiles to really dial in on what makes sense for the person you are selling to. I especially was impressed with the voicemail portion where he uses messages for each personality type to help salespeople tune in to the needs of their prospective clients.
